The cards of other players can be moved only after the dealer racks the pot. You can touch or move the cards of other gamblers only if they permit it. Your cards will not be mixed up with others if you put them face down on the table and put a chip on them. The dealer has to offer a cut of the deck to the player to his right. The player can cut, tap or pass the cut to the player to his right. The cards can be dealt without cutting. It is called tapping. If you answer your mobile phone in the middle of a hand it means that you fold your hand. You’d better leave the phone at home or turn it off. It is not allowed to talk to other players involved in the game. Profanity and obscenities are forbidden. Players can’t shout in the casino, even if you win or lose. You can leave the casino anytime. Every player must respect the dealer and his job. If you lose and think that the dealer is to blame, you are mistaken. Cards must be discarded on a low line of flight so that people can't see them. Place chips as far forward as reasonably possible to make it easier for the dealer to scoop them. Speak up when you see an error such as an improper amount of a bet, a card going to the wrong person or a flashed card, or the pot about to be incorrectly awarded.
