Tens or Better is a video poker variation. It is played between the player and the dealer only. You are dealt five cards in the first hand, and offered the option with that first hand, to choose which cards you want to hold and which you would like to discard. Instead of cards you decide to throw away you will get the same number of new cards from the deck. The objective is to complete the game with the strongest hand, with the minimum winning hand being a Pair of Tens or Better. Tens or Better originates from Jacks or Better. In Tens or Better Video Poker, you have many coin sizes to pick from, including Twenty Five Cents, Fifty Cents, One Dollar and Five Dollars.
