When playing Stud Poker players are dealt only several cards from the very beginning. Players receive the rest of the cards during the betting rounds. The example of Stud Poker is the game with the same name - Stud Poker. Players are dealt one cards face down and one card face up in 5 card Stud, 2 cards own and 1 face up in 7 card Stud. The game starts with the player to the dealer’s left. After the deal there is a betting round. Each player receives one more card. There is another round of betting and all cards are dealt face up except the last card. The showdown occurs after the last card is dealt and the player with the highest hand is the winner.
