In Stud Poker players receive only some of their cards at the beginning of the game. Players get the rest of the cards during the betting rounds. The example of Stud Poker is the game with the same name - Stud Poker. Players are dealt one cards face down and one card face up in 5 card Stud, 2 cards own and 1 face up in 7 card Stud. The player to the dealer’s left begins. After the deal each player makes a bet and receives one more card. There is another round of betting and all cards are dealt face up except the last card. The showdown occurs after the last card is dealt and the player with the highest hand is the winner.
