Poker is played all over the world Poker has some features of the card games, which were played long ago, but the modern version of the game is a purely American game. When playing High/Low poker there can be two players, who can win and then split the pot. The player with the highest-ranking hand and the player with the lowest-ranking hand win. Because of this rule, players are able to bluff and win the pot. The object of the game is to win the pot. A player can win the pot in one of the two ways. After making all the bets there is a showdown. The player who has the strongest hand is the winner. The player can make a very high bet, which will not be supported by other players. In this case other players have to fold and the player with the high bet is the winner without showing his cards. All cards of the 52 card deck are used. The cards are dealt one at a time, clockwise motion (number of cards varies with game). Aces are high, but aces rank low in the sequence A-2-3-4-5.
