Deuce is the only single card you can hold. Get rid of a single card, which is an ace or any other high card. It will not help you as there is no such a winning hand as a high card. Never discard a deuce. It can and will be done if you're not paying attention. In the case of a shot at a natural royal you can do it. Never keep any other card you consider to be high in combination with a deuce. Holding any high card with a deuce will also make no good. Two Pair is not worth holding either.
