When playing Draw Poker each player receives all his cards from the very beginning. Then the cards can be exchanged. There are several betting rounds going on throughout. 5 Card Draw is an example of Draw Poker. Each player gets 5 cards in 5 Card Draw. During the betting round each player can exchange up to 3 cards. The player who has the strongest hand after the showdown is the winner.
