The cards of other players can be moved only after the dealer racks the pot. You must ask for a permission before touching or moving the cards of other players. You cards are safe if you put them face down on the table and put a chip on top of them. The dealer has to offer a cut of the deck to the player to his right. The player can cut the deck himself or let the player to his right do it. If the player doesn’t want to have the deck cut, he can tap. In this case the cards will be dealt without cutting. Never answer the mobile phone during the game. It equals to folding. Don’t take your cell phone with you or turn it off. It is not allowed to talk to other players involved in the game. Never use profanity and obscenities during the game. You can’t shout in the casino. Nobody can make you stay in the casino longer than you wish. You must hold the dealer and his job in respect. It is not the dealer’s fault if you lose. It will be better if other players don’t see the cards you discard, so you’d better discard them on a low line of flight. 
Place chips as far forward as reasonably possible to make it easier for the dealer to scoop them. Speak up when you see an error such as an improper amount of a bet, a card going to the wrong person or a flashed card, or the pot about to be incorrectly awarded.
