Pick'em Poker is a newer and more unusual variety of video poker, at least compared to the more traditional games of Jacks or Better and Deuces Wild. Pick'em Poker is very like stud poker. But the main feature of the game is a payout, which is 99.95 percent. Unlike other video poker games in Pick'em Poker you will be dealt 8 cards. Two of these cards are placed face up on the left and two sets of three cards on the right. The upper cards of the two sets of cards on the right are face up. You can’t throw away the cards on the left. Those cards are yours to keep until the end of the hand. Now you have to choose a three-card stack you want to hold or to throw away. The rest of the two down cards will be exposed as soon as you decide which stack you want to hold. So basically, in Pick'em Poker, you're choosing one of two three card hands every round. The hand is formed of the two cards on the left and three cards you have left on the right.
