Tens or Better is a video poker variation. It is played between the player and the dealer only. You are dealt five cards in the first hand, and offered the option with that first hand, to choose which cards you want to hold and which you would like to discard. The cards you don’t want to hold will be replaced by the same number of new cards from the deck. To win you have to form the strongest hand. Remember that the lowest winning hand is a Pair of 10 or better. Tens or Better Video Poker is based on the game of Jacks or Better, which is the basis for all video poker variations. As in any video poker game you have several betting options available. You also have the choice of making a 1x, 2x, 3x, 4x, or 5x (5x being the max bet) bet per hand.
