The winner racks the pot and only then you can move another player's cards. You must ask for a permission before touching or moving the cards of other players. You cards are safe if you put them face down on the table and put a chip on top of them. The player to the dealer’s right is offered to cut the deck. The player can cut, tap or pass the cut to the player to his right. If the player doesn’t want to have the deck cut, he can tap. In this case the cards will be dealt without cutting.
