> Single Player Draw Poker Player
1. The machines are controlled by someone in the back room. In fact every machine, video poker or slot, has a device which operated independently. 2. When a mechanic opens a machine, it will stop paying. In fact the machine will never ‘feel’ that it has been opened. It is done either to clean or to refill the hopper of the machine. 3. If you play a machine for a long time it is due to pay. It may be "due" or even long "overdue," but that doesn't mean it is "ready" to hit. The previous game has nothing to do with the following one. It doesn't matter if you have played a machine for five minutes or five hours; every deal is from a full deck and the RNG (which selects each hand) has no memory of what has happened before. 4. With a club card you get paid more often. The player club cards do not affect the operation of the machine. Club cards will never make the machine pay. 5. The professional gambler has a better chance than the tourist. The chances of every player are the same. The machine has no way of knowing if you are a tourist or a professional or if you are tall or short. The only edge a better player may have is his ability to choose the best cards to hold.
