The cards of other players can be moved only after the dealer racks the pot. You can’t touch or move the cards of other player without their permission. Your cards will not be mixed up with others if you put them face down on the table and put a chip on them. The dealer has to offer a cut of the deck to the player to his right. It is up to the player to decide whether to cut the deck or not. He can let another player to his right do it. The cards can be dealt without cutting. It is called tapping. You fold if you answer the mobile phone during the game. Don’t take your cell phone with you or turn it off. A player should not talk across a player who is involved in a hand. Profanity and obscenities are forbidden. Shouting is forbidden. Nobody can make you stay in the casino longer than you wish. You must hold the dealer and his job in respect. It is not the dealer’s fault if you lose. Cards must be discarded on a low line of flight so that people can't see them. Place chips as far forward as reasonably possible to make it easier for the dealer to scoop them. Speak up when you see an error such as an improper amount of a bet, a card going to the wrong person or a flashed card, or the pot about to be incorrectly awarded.
