When playing Draw Poker each player receives all his cards from the very beginning. Then the cards can be exchanged. There are several betting rounds going on throughout. The example of Draw Poker is 5 Card Draw. When playing 5 Card Draw each player is dealt 5 cards face down. During the betting round each player can exchange up to 3 cards. The player who has the strongest hand after the showdown is the winner.
