Pick'em Poker is a newer and more unusual variety of video poker, at least compared to the more traditional games of Jacks or Better and Deuces Wild. You can usually find Pickem Poker on the multi-game machines in casinos, the ones where you determine which game you're going to play by touching a screen and choosing. Two of the cards are face up on the left, and then there are two stacks of three cards each on the right. But you have to decide which of the right sets of cards you want to hold. The other two cards of the tree-card stack will be turned up as soon as you decide which one to hold.
